The following sessions will be led by two of Eastern Iowa's most respected employers: The Culture Advantage: What It Takes to Become a Coolest Place to Work Presented by Strategic Financial Solutions Strong workplace cultures are built intentionally. Strategic Financial Solutions will share lessons from its experience earning recognition as one of the region’s “Coolest Places to Work,” including what they’ve learned about leadership, employee development, flexibility, recognition and creating opportunities for employees to connect around a shared purpose. You’ll leave with ideas you can use to strengthen employee engagement and create a workplace where people feel connected, valued and motivated to contribute. Building Your Community Brand: How Community Involvement Strengthens Culture, Reputation & Business Presented by UFG Insurance Employees, customers and future team members increasingly pay attention to how organizations show up in their communities. UFG Insurance will explore practical ways businesses of all sizes can create community engagement opportunities that align with their values, energize employees, strengthen their reputation and build lasting community relationships.
