Mercy Medical Center Laboratory is a full-service, state-of-the-art laboratory serving the hospital and MercyCare clinics. The Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Testing is performed by certified medical laboratory scientists, medical laboratory technicians, histologists and cytologists. Approximately one million tests are performed 1ly in clinical chemistry, toxicology, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, immunology, microbiology, mycology, molecular diagnostics, transfusion services, anatomic pathology and cytology.
